Each residence offers a set of services and benefits included, such as: TV, telephone, Internet access, weekly cleaning, change of bath and bed linen, laundry, parking...
At your arrival, your bed is made up with 1 sheet, 1 comforter cover and 2 pillowcases per bed, 1 bath sheet and 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per apartment. An additional kit is available on request (option).
The apartment is cleaned before your arrival. An additional apartment cleaning will be done on a weekly basis for longer stays.

In the URBAN LODGE residence, you can take possession of your apartment from 3 pm onwards. The apartments must be vacated before 11am on the day of your departure.
When you make your reservation, we ask you to indicate your exact arrival time. If this time is not respected, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible. Arrivals outside of the 9 to 5 time slots are possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (see below).
If you arrive outside of reception hours, our team will place an envelope with your name on the reception counter located at the front of the residence. The code of the entrance door of the residence will be sent to you by e-mail the day of your arrival. The number of your apartment will also be indicated in the e-mail and on the envelope.
