The linen kit provided on arrival includes: your bed is made up with 1 sheet and 1 comforter cover and 2 pillowcases per bed, 1 bath sheet and 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per apartment. An additional kit is available on request (option).
The apartment is cleaned before your arrival. An additional cleaning of the apartment will be done on a weekly basis for longer stays. The accommodation is provided in a good state of maintenance, the customer agrees to return it as such at the end of the stay. He will use the rented premises and facilities peacefully and in a reasonable manner.

In the URBAN LODGE residence, you can take possession of your apartment from 3 pm onwards. The apartments must be vacated before 11am on the day of your departure.
When you make your reservation, we ask you to indicate your exact arrival time. If this time cannot be respected, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible. Arrivals outside of the 9 to 5 time slots are possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (see below).
If you arrive outside of reception hours, our team will place an envelope with your name on the reception counter located at the reception of the residence. The code of the entrance door of the residence will be sent to you by e-mail the day of your arrival. The number of your apartment will also be indicated in the e-mail and on the envelope.
